Admission to the Elegant Homes of Whiteville Tour is by purchasing a Tour-Only arm band ($15.00) or purchasing a Combination arm band ($25.00, includes admission to the Queen’s Luncheon). The last day to purchase them is Monday, Oct. 31..  There are two places to buy the combination admission. The Columbus Chamber of Commerce and Tourism will be open from 7:45 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Monday–Friday (601 S. Madison St., phone 910-642-3171 or 910-770-1991). The Columbus County Arts Council, 822 S. Madison St., is open Tuesday–Thursday from 9 a.m.–1 p.m.  On Nov. 4, tour-only arm bands will be available at the chamber office from 1–4:30 p.m. for $15
